  The soil vent pipe leading through the tiles was letting water into the loft.

  Tom attended the day after the request. He was honest and polite. We decided to offer the work and knew there would be additional costs for scaffolding. Tom made the arrangements and within a few days the scaffolding was up. What I didn’t prepare for was Tom and his team going up to fix it the same day and in the pouring rain. It was a great surprise and the work was spot on. Problem solved.

  Nigel and his team - AKA the Dream Team

  I highly recommend this team of builders. They transformed my very dated house into a beautiful open-plan dream and completely understood my vision from the start. They knocked down walls, added bifold doors, installed a new kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom, and laid wood flooring throughout. They were incredibly flexible with my many additions and delivered everything to a high standard within just two months. Professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with.

  Reliable, trustworthy, and looks great.

  Just had a full replacement of Fascias, Soffits, Gutters and fitting of dry verge system. Tom and Jamie have spent three full days and worked tirelessly. The communication and updates from Tom has been excellent, very knowledgeable and very clear on job cost. Nothing was too much trouble and they have left the place cleaner than they found it! And excellent job and couldn't have asked for any more from them. Would recommend to anyone if needing this type of work doing.

  Professional, friendly, and thorough

  Thomas and Jamie were very friendly and professional throughout. They went above and beyond by replacing some roof tiles which wasn't discussed prior. We had our fascias replaced, a leak in the roof fixed, and bird spikes installed on our aerial. They left the property clean at the end of each day and the final job looks great. Would glady recommend Home & Dry.
