  Responded to initial enquiry within a minute. Called half an hour later, began job while I collected replacement unit. All completed within hour and a half from first enquiry. Polite, thorough and professional. Recommended.

  Locating and fixing a toilet leak

  Ilhan was very reliable. He syayed that he would arrive in the morning and would alert me when he was en route. He gave me a 20 minute alert and arrived punctually. He insprcted the job - a leaking toilet - and gave me a price upfront. He explained in detail what he was doing and was very polite and efficient. He was at pains to show me the worn parts that he had to replace and on completing the job he left the site very tidy. I could not have asked for a better service

  Excellent in every way. It was my first time using this company, but as far as I'm concerned, Ilhan, is now my go to plumber for any future work. We spoke and he came out and quoted for the job the same day and did the job the following day. After paying him, I mentioned another issue I'd had and he went above and beyond to help me with information I needed. Thoroughly recommended by me.
