  Friendly, honest and efficient – would use again

  Very friendly and professional. Came out to give a quote and was able to do the job there and then, which I really appreciated. He was upfront about the cost and clearly explained what might increase the price if extra work was needed. The job was done quickly and efficiently in a tight space, and he also gave helpful advice afterwards. Overall a very positive experience and I’d be happy to use him again.

  Ilhan was open and upfront about the cost before starting work. He came out at short notice and capped off the water supply quickly. Ilhan was polite and courteous throughout and his work is of an excellent standard. He explained and showed me where the leak was coming from. Ilhan reassured a vulnerable person that everything was now safely sorted out. I would highly recommend Ilhan both for his plumbing and people skills!

  Excellent service I would thoroughly recommend. Good communications skills, punctual and a great job done on the very first visit. All mess was cleaned up and placed in the outside bin. The cost of the job was provided before the work started and agreed. Will definitely use again.

  The plumber turned up within an hour to give me a quote, looked at what needed doing gave me a few options …..did the work there and then, explained everything fully extremely pleased with the service, not at all pushy, will definitely use him again .

  I requested a quote on checkatrade for a replacement stopcock and Ilhan contacted me asked for some pictures to provide a quote. After review of the pictures, he informed me what I was doing wrong and advised me to try something before giving me a quote. This advice fixed the issue and saved my money. He could have easily come out for a fee and I’d have been non the wiser that the solution was simple. Clearly a knowledgeable plumber(s) but more importantly an honest person. Very grateful and will be using you guys when my boiler needs servicing shortly.
