  Ken and his team did a good job as usual. Work was carried out in time and in budget. There were also some small challenges which the team managed to deal with. They always have a “can do” approach, and we they are our “go-to” for any property maintenance we require in our two london rental properties

  Various maintenance tasks in rental property

  Ikenna carried out a number of tasks in our rental property including replacement radiator, replacement door lock, repairing window and installation of new extractor fan. All work was carried out in a timely manner and at a reasonable price

  Replace bedroom four lock

  I had a tenant who was locked out of there en-suite due to a jam in the door mechanism. My usual maintenance guy was abroad do I need urgent help. I contacted Ikenna who assured me he would take care of the issue. It was dealt with as promised that day. No request for money up front and no chasing payment the minute the job was done. Very happy and will definitely use again

  Washing machine repair.

  Graham attended the job at short notice and carried out the repair promptly. He gave an honest diagnosis of the problem and there was no question of him carrying our work that may not have been required. Very happy with both Graham and the job.

  Unblocked drain

  We had a blocked drain that one company had already tried to unblock, however they had been unsuccessful. NIck came to my property within an hour of my calling him, and he offered to only to charge if he could remedy the problem. Within 20 minutes the drain was unblocked, and the charge was very reasonable. I cannot recommend NIck more highly.
