    We needed some urgent work carried out on one of our properties to bring it up to current Fire Safety standards. Ken was able to assemble various trades at short notice, and managed to deliver all the work within the specified time frame. This was particularly impressive as it was running up to Christmas which is a particularly busy time for everyone. The work was carried out to a decent level, and we were happy with everything. We cannot recommend Ken more highly.

    Front door repair

    Ken and his team has carried excellent repairs on our old front door. Ken provided advice and arranged for his team members to come in and fix an issue at a time best suitable to us. Team arrived promptly at agreed time, carried out the works and left the place spotless. We will definitely be using their services for other works around the flat in the new year ! Many thanks

    Ken and his team did a good job as usual. Work was carried out in time and in budget. There were also some small challenges which the team managed to deal with. They always have a “can do” approach, and we they are our “go-to” for any property maintenance we require in our two london rental properties

As a property maintenance and renovations specialist, we had been working for the last 9 years exclusively for property developers and Estate Agents such as Brinkle's, Towneds, Dexters, and Cubitt&west covering all trades. We are also known for our charitable work at St Bede's Catholic church, Balham and St Mathews Anglican church, Croydon.

Working for professional establishments over the years has helped us to perfect our skills and procedures. Now working directly for home owners and landlords delivering fantastic results.

Initial leads are from Checkatrade, but once people see what we can do, they usually pass us on the other family members and friends. 70% of our jobs are from word of mouth and referrals. Spreading good will and satisfaction throughout the community. We also build our projects with 10 - 20-year accountability in mind. 90 % of everyone we work for are usually happy to instantly become our referee. The other 10% usually give an instant reference but are often too busy to take reference calls. We’re not happy to just build perfect projects, our actual aim is to win friends and gain influence in society.
