    Great working with Ken and the team - consistently polite, positive and accommodating. Ken looks to achieve the most cost effective outcome for the client. If parts can be salvaged and reused, he will recommend that. This can save thousands in unnecessary repair costs that come with just about every other builder. One bathroom cabinet 2 other providers quoted around £4K to repair, Ken did for £85. A built in wardrobe one other builder quoted £8k to make, Ken found a way to achieve for around £1k. They can tackle a huge range of different repair and building tasks - everything from plumbing and

    I've worked with Ken and his team on two projects in the past three months. On both occasions, they have been highly professional, detail oriented, flexible, friendly and helpful. Ken in particular took the time to come to my property to scope out what needed to be done and provide the most effective recommendation. I could not recommend them enough, whether its for a large scale renovations or minor home repairs. They've got you covered.

    Great work, efficient service and well priced

    Ken and his team once again delivered a fantastic service. I had to have different repairs and jobs done on two different properties within a very short timeframe. The job was completed to a high standard, on time and at a competitive price. Ken and his team communicated clearly throughout and were generally a pleasure to deal with, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be going to Ken when I next need cleaning and repairs done.

As a property maintenance and renovations specialist, we had been working for the last 9 years exclusively for property developers and Estate Agents such as Brinkle's, Towneds, Dexters, and Cubitt&west covering all trades. We are also known for our charitable work at St Bede's Catholic church, Balham and St Mathews Anglican church, Croydon.

Working for professional establishments over the years has helped us to perfect our skills and procedures. Now working directly for home owners and landlords delivering fantastic results.

Initial leads are from Checkatrade, but once people see what we can do, they usually pass us on the other family members and friends. 70% of our jobs are from word of mouth and referrals. Spreading good will and satisfaction throughout the community. We also build our projects with 10 - 20-year accountability in mind. 90 % of everyone we work for are usually happy to instantly become our referee. The other 10% usually give an instant reference but are often too busy to take reference calls. We’re not happy to just build perfect projects, our actual aim is to win friends and gain influence in society.
