    Excellent safe removal

    The team came to remove a safe left by the previous owner of our house. They got it out, replastered and painted the wall very quickly and neatly - in less than 2 hours. Highly recommended - would use again!

    Water Ingress

    We have worked with Affordable Property Repairs Ltd for about 3 years now and have always found them to be consistently efficient, reliable and proactive in the work they do. Most recently, Ken and his team fixed a serious water leak in our rental property, quickly identifying the cause and resolving it that very same day! Detailed and timely communications with video mean we are always kept in the picture helping us to make decisions quickly, whilst remotely. We would highly recommend working with Affordable Property Repairs.

    Emergency - shower leak

    I called APS Ltd at 5pm on Monday to report an urgent shower leak at my house in Sutton, Surrey and despite being fully booked for the following day, APS Ltd got a small team to the job at 3pm the next day. And they stayed until the leak was completely fixed at almost 7pm. Excellent, no other word for it!

As a property maintenance and renovations specialist, we had been working for the last 9 years exclusively for property developers and Estate Agents such as Brinkle's, Towneds, Dexters, and Cubitt&west covering all trades. We are also known for our charitable work at St Bede's Catholic church, Balham and St Mathews Anglican church, Croydon.

Working for professional establishments over the years has helped us to perfect our skills and procedures. Now working directly for home owners and landlords delivering fantastic results.

Initial leads are from Checkatrade, but once people see what we can do, they usually pass us on the other family members and friends. 70% of our jobs are from word of mouth and referrals. Spreading good will and satisfaction throughout the community. We also build our projects with 10 - 20-year accountability in mind. 90 % of everyone we work for are usually happy to instantly become our referee. The other 10% usually give an instant reference but are often too busy to take reference calls. We’re not happy to just build perfect projects, our actual aim is to win friends and gain influence in society.
