Job location: GU12Fast response, very friendly and helpful, was only a small job but I appreciate the professionalism and would definitely contact in future if we need anything else doing. After submitting my enquiry they came back to me within 10 minutes! Asked a few questions about my appliance and arranged to come and fix it 2 days later. Job location: GU51The engineer contacted me by telephone to discuss the job and gave me a fixed price there and then. He arrived when he said he would, was professional, polite and courteous, and completed the job successfully. I am very satisfied.
