10 Pressure washing of block paving and paved patio

Job location: SO16We had the front block paving driveway and rear paved patio pressure washed. Jake was one the first to give a quote and this was the best quote. We arranged for the work within a week. He was punctual and quickly did the pressure washing quickly without any fuss. A week later he did the sanding. 10 Removal of disability shower seat

Communication with Kevin was clear and prompt. He was punctual and tidy in his work. We needed to replace the shower seat and needed the old one to be removed. Kevin removed the screws but the seat was also stuck to the tiles with a super adhesive. After a discussion we decided to leave it alone. Kevin returned the next day to seal around the seat. 7 Sensor flush toilet cistern malfunction

6 Sept at 12:06 called them. 12:09 they called and paid £144 for call out. They will attend in 1 to 2 hrs. At 14:20 we called them. They arrived at 16:56. Said need to return the next day to fix it. Left at 17:08. They were in the house for total of 12 minutes. They decide to enforce their full charge of £144 for call out and diagnosis. They came 7 Sept at 10:42. They left at 11:16 to get parts. They return at 12:06 with the parts. They replaced the flush system by 13:30. Total time spent in the house 2h 11m. Charged labour £516. £60 for parts. Russell did a refit of bathroom in our BTL flat. The bath, shower, toilet and sink and all tiling were replaced. Russell gave a good quote and did a super job as usual.
