  Replaced a failed ventilation system

  I found dealing with ICE refreshing (no pun intended). Th prices were good and transparent, they did not (like other companies) try and up-sell to something I did not need. The installation was quick and clean. Would certainly recommend. Please note this was for a ventilation and not Air Conditioning system (there was not option to choose this in Checkatrade)

  Turned up on time to quote, provided lots of alternatives to solve the problem and different price points, turned up to fix the balcony on time, did the job really well and cleaned up after them. Communicated well throughout the process. World certainly use them again,

  Repair to balcony foor that leaked into the room below

  We put the work out to 3 companies on Checkatrade. Right from the start Scott from New Life Roofing impressed us. Firstly, he turned up (two didn't)! He provided a couple of alternatives to solve our leaking roof and we accepted his recommendation (which was the least expensive). One of the other companies really pushed to replace the whole roof, which was only replaced last year. On the day of the job, they arrived on time, did the Job (including clearing a gutter whilst he had the ladder out) and cleaned up behind him. They were friendly and courteous throughout. Great job.
