Lead flashings installation

Lead flashings were installed in February 2024. Two weeks later we had water ingress through the ceiling around the chimney and the company came back out to make exterior repairs. To this day, we still don't know what repairs were made. In September this year, we have had further water damage/leaks through the ceiling and now the company refuse to respond and hold up their guarantee, disgraceful.

Pitched roof and flat roof repairs

The work to be carried out was to install lead flashings around chimneys and to replace a fascia board on front of the house, no issues with that work. The company was also engaged to provide flat roof repair services and these works have been performed poorly. 1 of the flat roofs is now in a worse state than before the works started. There has been delays in getting the team back to fix the repairs and when finally having done so they tried to charge me to fix their repairs, which is completely unreasonable.

Extension Roof repairs

Richard and the team did a good job tracing the leak and repaired it. No sophisticated tooling in use but they had a good experience and sense of what to do and how to repair something well. I would recommend them for roofing repairs as they do a good job albeit took a bit to get to root cause which was frustrating.

Roof repair, gutter cleaning and lnternal leak detection and repair

John was extremely reliable, conscientious, courteous and easily contactable via text message. He repaired my roof along with the various trades required to sort the internal damage from a leak. He sent cleaners afterwards to leave the property spotless, which was highly appreciated. I highly recommend Iconic and John based on the work done.

Flat Roof Restoration

Richard and his crew were excellent. They were very hard working and seem to have done a great job. They completed the work in less time than estimated and charged a reasonable rate. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done.

New 3 Way Felt on Office Flat Roof

Changed the Office Flat Roof for new 3 Way Felt, looks good and tidy. All old items taken away after the 2 days of work was complete. They also changed the wood in the Office where the leak had occurred and used filler ready for us to sand and then paint. Price was better than anyone else used and other roofers were not interested in doing the wood in the Office. They worked hard in the 2 days and didn't quite finish and I had paid them at this point. They next day I asked them to come back just to do a final tidy up and they did without issue. They were polite and easy to deal with :-)
