  After arranging an appointment Ian did not turn up, did not cancel the appointment, I had to call the office, where they did not know about the appointment and they had to call Ian and then cancel my appointment

  Unfortunately the appointment had to be cancelled due to an emergency callout due to extreme weather conditions, we did however offer an apology and an offer of an alternative date

  Heating System Repair

  Following a report made to my housing association, I.C.E contacted me very quickly & arranged to attend within a short space of time. Upon arrival, the operative set to analysing the problem. He got the system up & running which was a huge relief for me but, due to the necessity for a replacement part being required, full repair couldn't be completed on that day. However, he returned the following day & full repair was completed. Great job, very respectful & also efficient.

  Heat pump and associated infrastructure replacement

  ICE Services (UK) Ltd replaced our air source heat pump and in doing so discovered various infrastructure faults left from the original developers. They communicated comprehensively and effectively throughout the whole process and in post work follow ups. They provided comparative options for us to consider. The workmen were polite and courteous and arrived on time, and cleared up thoroughly after themselves. Would highly recommend. Note was to replace our air source heat pump, not air conditioning but there weren’t other options.
