  I have had lon standing (years) of issues with water ingress. After mny attempts (new roof, repointing etc etc) I turned to Thomas Wilson. I thought the pointing had to to be re-done but he looked at the issue, symptoms and gave very good advice. The fix was reasonably priced, finished quickly and to a high standard.

  Boiler service, fix a tripping hot water circuit, wire a Nest system correctly (heating & water).

  Job completed within 1 hour, identified problem with Honeywell controller within a few minutes, fixed it, looked into another issue I have had with the boiler for years. Efficient service, Scott was very knowledgeable and polite. Area left clean and tidy when complete.
