  Kemco Plumbing & Heating Ltd did a fantastic job. Communication was excellent from the start and he arrived exactly when he said he would. The problem with our plumbing was identified quickly and he explained the solution clearly before beginning the work. The work was completed professionally and the quality was excellent. Kevin clearly takes pride in doing the job properly and making sure everything is working perfectly before leaving. Very reliable, knowledgeable and friendly service. I would definitely use Kemco again and would happily recommend them.

  Fitted a smart thermostat

  Did a great job fitting a smart thermostat that I had bought separately. It was easy for them, arrived on time, fitted it quickly, explained how it all worked, cleaned up. Great job. Easy to pay.

  Courteous visit, questionable outcome

  I contacted Kemco for water-tank servicing and gas certificate. Interaction was good, company responsive, engineer courteous. What felt odd: i) the engineer did not ask for the water-tank booklet to record the servicing; ii) was very insistent that a membrane within might fail and would need a change of the cylinder; iii) it required some asking to get the gas certificate after the inspection. The really odd bits: after the inspection the boiler was left with too little pressure to work and house water pressure has dropped massively. The company did not respond to my queries on this.

  Very happy with the work that was carried out, which was done very quickly, efficiently and for an reasonable price, as well as the communication that there was prior to the job, I’d be sure to use Kemco again!

  A good choice

  We have used Kemco for a few years now for annual boiler and tank service and also on occasions when components fail. They are always helpful, polite, efficient and professional and I would recommend them highly.
