    Fixing leak under bath

    Very pleased with the service from Kemco. Easy to arrange with quick availability. Scott was quick to identify possible issues and had good communication. He made a fix with further recommendations if needed. Also very handy to be able to pay by card when the work was finished!

    Efficient and Transparent

    Submitted the job on check a trade for a plumber to investigate a leak and Kemco Plumbing & Heating responded within 10min and was able to schedule a plumber to attend same day within 4 hours. Scott arrived on time and was very professional. He identified the issue quickly, found the replacement part from a nearby trader, and replaced the fault and tested to ensure the leak was fixed. Once the work was complete he went through the invoice line by line to make sure I was comfortable with the charges. This is a very efficient and transparent company would highly recommend.

    Fitting a new toilet

    Kemco were brilliant, as usual, from start to finish. Even before we bought our new toilet, Kevin advised us about the dimensions. When the toilet was being fitted, Scott kept us fully informed about the process and any complications. He was very calm and reassuring and everything was completed to a high standard. Another great experience with Kemco!

    Low water pressure - fixed by phone!

    We woke up this morning to no hot water and no heating and made an emergency call to Kevin, who answered promptly, with typically excellent customer service. Kemco fitted our boiler and service it each year and we always have a brilliant experience with them. Both Kevin and Scott are extremely polite and lovely to speak with. Over the phone, Kevin quickly diagnosed the problem (low water pressure in the boiler) and guided us through the fix, with great expertise, kindness and patience, at no charge to us. We had hot water again within 10 minutes. Thank you, Kevin, and happy Christmas!
