  I required some minor repair work to damaged stipple layer covering the brickwork on two corners of a front window. I called Thomas Wilson, who came to see the job on the same day and gave me a quote for the job. Mr Wilson was working in a nearby area and managed to undertake the repair the following day. I was pleased to have the work completed well and so quickly.

  Tom and his work colleagues had worked on my house lots of bad cracks and pointing missing causing me damp probelms Tom gave me a quote very good price i accepted and he carried the work very happy with work every polite well mannered done excellent job recommend them to anyone

  Was quoted work which would take ‘a few days’ but which was completed in half a day based on Tommy’s advice not much work was actually required. Tommy then demanded full payment claiming that the quote would have been the same regardless of only taking half a day and stated his fee for checkatrade membership and ULEZ compliant vehicles justified this cost. Very disappointed in this behaviour. Won’t be recommending

  The reason the job was done quickly was because the drying times was much quicker than normal because of the weather being really hot i can't reduce the price because of this in the winter the same job may not dry out for days so it averages out through the year sorry you are disappointed we also done extra work

  Chimney Repointing & Brick Repair

  Thomas is a friendly chap, punctual and good communication. The repointing and brick repair of the chimney was a really good standard. The repair of the spalled bricks was disappointing. Thomas did return quickly and carry out further repair because I was unhappy with the works and reduced his invoice slightly as some minor parts still needed attention.
