  Both Toms from Fortis Fire & Security did a fantastic job. From the moment they arrived, they were polite, respectful of my home, and clearly serious about their work. The installation was finished to a very high standard, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated the practical advice they gave on improving domestic security, all without any pressure, hard sells, or unnecessary upsells. It was reassuring to have such professional and trustworthy people carrying out the work, and I felt my property was in safe hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fortis!
