Both Toms from Fortis Fire & Security did a fantastic job. From the moment they arrived, they were polite, respectful of my home, and clearly serious about their work. The installation was finished to a very high standard, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated the practical advice they gave on improving domestic security, all without any pressure, hard sells, or unnecessary upsells. It was reassuring to have such professional and trustworthy people carrying out the work, and I felt my property was in safe hands. I was highly recommended to contact Fortis Fire and Security Ltd for our CCTV. Tom was very helpful and informative, and listened to what we needed and helped with suggestions too. Tom and other Tom worked really well and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. The CCTV picture quality is brilliant and so clear. Their quote was the best price too which was great. They cleaned up and were very tidy and clean which was an added bonus, as we are a large site here and lots of people milling around.
