Riverside Shutters are an independent family run window shutter company based in Surrey. Specialising in Plantation Shutters, our expert Carpenters will work hard to understand your vision, to advise where needed and deliver exceptional quality and service. Our main office is based in Chessington covering London and the Home Counties.

We offer a great range of Shutter styles: our popular MDF Engineered Window Shutters, Basswood Shutters, American White Teak Shutters (FSC Certified), Cedar Wood Shutter, Aqua waterproof and our Riverside security range of shutters.

Colour options:

We offer a selection of solid colour finishes, including a number of White shades, our 'Eleven' F&B Collection, as well as a fantastic range of stain options in the Timber ranges, so we'll be able to match your decor and furnishings to create great contrasts with your plantation shutters.

Designing your shutters:

Our Design-savvy and professional Surveyors will visit you in the comfort of your own home, with all our samples and colour/stain swatches. With knowledge of the many different styles of windows, we'll carry-out a comprehensive survey, which takes-into account the many angles and measurements that are vital to making your plantation shutters fit, and look perfect. We're able to create the best look for your shutters, which will be manufactured Bespoke to your window's dimensions. We even offer FREE temporary blinds for customers in new-build or refurbishments.

Ordering and delivery:

Your shutters will typically take 7 to 9 weeks to be made and delivered - from the date of your order. Depending on the time of year, they could arrive in as little time as six weeks, but we prefer to allow the full lead time to avoid any disappointments.

Fitting your Shutters:

We offer a complete bespoke fitting service. We will dispose of all our rubbish, which is then re-cycled with SITA UK. We'll clean-up and dust, move-back all furniture and 'dress' the room for you, so when you come home, it's the WOW factor that grabs you with your beautiful new window shutters.

For added privacy and comfort we can supply you with integrated blackout blinds.

Paying for your Window Shutters:

We accept all major Credit or Debit cards. You can also pay online via BACS. Terms are simple: 50% on order and the balance after we've installed your shutters.

10 Year Warranty:

We offer a no-quibble 10-year parts and labour warranty. To date, we have not received a single warranty claim. But we have had the odd customer who damaged louvers or tilt-rods and that's where Riverside Shutters excel: offering a free replacement service, even OUT of warranty.
