  the job as described above needed an on-site assessment, fair enough. on the day itself the after a bit of talking the guy who came out stated they wouldn't do the job as requested and as accepted by them here. the even wanted to argue with me in my own home because I'm annoyed they've wasted my time over something they won't do as a company.

  the reply back about the job was fast, over the phone we worked out the best approach to fix the issue in one visit and then booked for the following morning. the job was performed quickly, the plumber was friendly and polite, couldn't have gone. smoother. I'm more than happy to recommend FastFix, they literally lived up to their name.

  replacing hinges on older aluminium double glazed windows.

  the guys were on-site and ready to get going 20 mins before they were even due to arrive. we figured they'd be half a day but at just over an hour in they were done and cleaning up. very happy with the work.

  seized filling loop valve

  Danny of FastFix was very quick in responding to our search thru checkatrade. over the phone we worked thru what info he needed for the best assessment, a few, photos were sent and then a plan was put together so that our problem could be fixed in one hit, no trips to the wholesalers 5 mins after arrival. the job was turned around to the point of fixed about 14 hours after first making contact. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys, they were fast, professional and easy to deal with. more work will be going their way.
