  The contractor kept me updated and undertook the work when it was convenient for me, arriving on time to do the job. A lot of care and attention went into doing the job and ensuring I was fully satisfied.

  Very friendly, very efficient, very timely, very re-assuring and very honest. I thought I needed to change the lock to be equivalent to BS standards for insurance purpose, but when it was looked at I was advised it already met the standard so didn't need to have any work carried out, saving me considerable time and expense. Instead I was given a letter to give to my insurance company.

  Very courteous, arrived when expected, tidied up after themselves and made recommendations on repairs which could be done rather than replacement so keeping costs to a minimum whilst carrying out excellent work. Would definitely consider using them again.

  Excellent service. I needed a partially uprooted tree removed which had also slightly dislodged one of my fence panels in the recent storms plus general tree and hedge pruning and reshaping. I received a quick response and the work was carried out within days of offering me a quote. All work was fully costed with no hidden costs and they arrived when expected at my convenience. They were friendly and polite throughout and even offered to remove my own garden waste plus they fixed my fence which was an unexpected bonus.
