Mark was absolutely fantastic from the moment I got in touch. He was super responsive over the phone, which made arranging the visit really easy. He arrived right on time, was polite, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and replaced a burnt single socket and plug from my electric oven, and had everything up and running again in no time. He was honest and transparent about pricing - no surprises, just straightforward and fair. He did a brilliant job, and I’m really happy with the outcome. I'm a City & Guilds Level 3 Electrician and I have been in the trade for over 19 years and have a passion for what I do.
I look to provide my customers with a first-class service and a personal touch. I can offer advice and ideas on all aspects of each job, including choosing light fittings or discussing different brands.
I prefer to use the highest possible quality materials as I believe poor quality materials can cause further problems along the line.
I pride myself on my workmanship, dedication and my friendly nature.
I offer a full range of services from full house rewires to replacing lights/sockets. Fault finding is one of my favourite challenges and I also have a good knowledge of how to wire heating systems.
