10 Rental property deep clean

I employed Lauren and team to undertake a deep clean of my clients rental property which had been left in a very bad state with dirt everywhere, disgusting appliances, thick grease and limescale. They totally smashed it and certainly got the house sparkling as best it can. 6.33 Underwhelming deep clean

Friendly with good communication prior to the clean. Arrived late to the house and was not totally thorough with the deep clean, which I had to clean up and make good afterwards. Water marks left across sink and kitchen countertop. Hair strand left on top of my pan and my vacuum exposed lots of dust remaining on the floor. Effort was made but did not meet expectations for a deep clean. I thanked her for her time, complimented things she did well and also shared my concerns with issues but didn't get any acknowledgement or response back. A VERY clean already & minimal home, lady mentioned that she hoovers daily, a strong suction empty hoover was used. Although a good difference was made, there may have been a water mark left behind. I’d been extremely busy hence a slow reply, my apologies

(Please no general cleaning enquiries this is now limited to a half day once a month within my 3 monthly deep clean packages, do enquire about this if once a month clean works for you.)
Domestic and Commercial -The perfect way to fully sanitize your space without the use of too many harsh toxic chemicals! All deep clean days are usually inclusive of a small FREE follow up clean. this is to be completed within the month timeframe.
Perfect for families, pet owners, businesses, End of tenancies etc. NO CONTRACTS required, securing deposits are taken on booking. 3 days’ notice for any cancellation. Late cancellations will be charged for. I am a small local business.
Generally, involves completing of insides and tops of cupboards (small Ikea storage containers available for extra charge for spices etc. I can incorporate into the clean putting these back in these in an organized fashion) for steam cleaning etc. cupboard fronts wiped clean (The Steam is not suitable for certain areas i.e. unsealed wood, although for various areas in the home this is perfectly safe!) & the moving of furniture. Part walls, skirtings and some general cleaning included.
Free run of the home is ideally required to undertake any deep clean but if you work from home this is absolutely fine.
Always good to have a little sort out/declutter prior to the deep cleans so that everything that is taken out of cupboards and put back in is up to date etc.
Half days & full days availability. Always best to book in far advance as possible as I get very busy, a week's notice or more to enable a slot, although I do get the odd cancellation and postponed jobs so you can enquire re last min ap.
Come on board with a monthly/by monthly deep clean to replace the weekly general cleaning and get allot more areas covered and a full sanitize due to the steam killing all bacteria & germs. Happy to discuss a Rota that works for you...! I hope for you to come on board with myself for more regular deep cleaning at least quarterly. (Minimal availability for general weekly cleaning. MONTHLY ONLY)
