  Move in deep clean

  We needed a deep clean for a recently purchased 2 bedroom, 2 floor property. Lauren was very accommodating on the start time as completion didn’t take place till around 13:30 on a Friday. We had booked a couple of hours deep clean including carpets. While some areas looked clean, others like the fridge and freezer were missed (Lauren did offer to return the following week but we decided to clean it ourselves as we had food etc to move in). Some parts of the bedroom and a few kitchen cabinet shelves were still a bit dirty. I hope this is due to lack of time.

  Hello Andrew! Thankyou so much for this! - A little while ago now this one- I remember the slightly hidden fridge ..! Also I did make my return to you that’s when I met the new kittens if you remember..? I ALWAYS include and make my returns to every full day deep clean day for any minor misses or when dust/dirt circulates the air and falls back down after I have been to a home for the day...   Very Poor Quality - Not a Deep Clean and Not Worth the Cost

  We booked for what was quoted as a £340, 10-hour move-in deep clean of our new home in TW1. Because we were only getting the keys at midday, she suggested splitting the clean into two 5-hour visits. The cleaning itself was extremely disappointing. What was described as a deep clean with steam and minimal chemicals was effectively just a light surface wipe. Many areas expected in a move-in deep clean were left untouched, and nothing about the result resembled a professional standard. Because the quality was so poor, we cancelled the second visit - there was no point in inviting her back.

  If I may start by saying that the reception once work had started it became quite clear right away that you wanted to take on doing the job you had paid me to undertake, often disrupting the flow of work where I do become extremely busy and focused to get a thorough job done for you. A clear run is always mentioned for the reason that I simply cannot work under feet. Very much was completed, pictures to show, given the circumstances that I was not able to get in until late in the day (re keys)etc this would have had a fantastic finish to a beautiful new home.

  Lauren is fab - would recommend!

  Lauren did a fabulous job on my house, the difference was noticable the moment you walked in. She cleaned my kitchen cupboard, by lampshades, my washing machine and tumble dryer... all the little places that bother you but you don't quite find the time to do yourself. My house smelt gorgeous after Lauren was finished and I am now planning on having her clean regularly. Separate to Lauren was Pam who cleaned my oven. Pam did an incredible job, the oven looked brand new on the inside, I cannot thank them both enough!
