  I arranged for their representative, Mark, to come last Monday to quote for a variety of repair jobs. He was booked to arrive between 09:00 and 12:00. At 13:30 I rang ML to ask what had happened to him. The lady to whom I spoke expressed surprise and said she would ring him and call me back. Having not heard from her, I rang again later that afternoon and left a message. My call was not returned.
