From start to finish this company were prompt, reliable, great value and did an amazing job. I didn't know where to start in finding a company to do this repair but after a Google search I contacted ML Solutions. The lady I spoke to was really informative and helpful and I felt reassured that I had chosen the right people. Mark arrived promptly and was so helpful and did a great job. Great experience... Communication re booking was good.. Dan arrived promptly and was extremely pleasant and helpful.. He took a lot of pride in his work and was very knowledgable...Sofa was mended quickly and at a reasonable price... would definitely recommend! What lovely guys these are, I phoned them and they gave me a very reasonable price straight away, the work was carried out a couple of days later. "Dan" turned up on time, well prepared and completed the job to our satisfaction. He went through the job and price before starting any work to make sure everything was complete transparent, which I think shows they are a company that are honest and trustworthy in their policies and processes.
