  fixing a slipped slate

  The work has been completed and is very good. They accidently fixed something I didn't ask to be fixed and would've left had i not checked the loft and see the slipped slate had not been repaired. they didn't charge me for the additional fix. The roofer originally comtacted me and accepted the job 24 Nov and kept saying they'd be out that week and it kept being pushed back and the job wasnt completed until 7 Dec which was very frustrating but the weather hadnt been great. Overall, the work completed was good but i wouldnt use them in an emergency.

  Damp proofing and follow up work

  Needed a damp course and an issue with condensation sorted. Really great company from the very start. No BS sales pitch. Just came for the inspection, told us exactly what was wrong and quoted no more than what was actually needed. This compared to the company a day earlier who wanted to do the entire house was very refreshing. The workmen were very friendly and knowledgeable of their trade and would happily answer any questions or concerns. Karen was very accommodating and understanding and was very flexible in the pricing when it came to needing to do a little extra work. I will use again.
