  Very quick to engage when I listed the job and then followed thru on the inspection visit very promptly, unlike others who were quoting. Communication was quick and clear. On the day the lads were great, got the job done with no fuss and had good before and after drone shots to show what had been done. Would use again and recommend to others.

  I can validate that this review is in line with every review on checkatrade. Doug responded quickly to my initial enquiry and was able to provide a quotation for the works. Upon arrival on site, Doug highlighted a number of other issues that were not visible to the naked eye. He explained them clearly and all of the additional costs to rectify (which I accepted). I can say that he and his team can be trusted. The quality of the work is great and it was done quickly. Doug sent before, during and completed work pictures.   I had water leaking through the ceiling.

  Contacted me promptly and arranged a time to visit that suited me. Showed me the planned works and explained in detail what they would do and the cost associated. When the job was started they did a complete roof check and noticed other issues that were not visible from the ground. Explained what these were and how it would affect the cost. Did not pressure at any point for them to do this work, I did ask them to do it. Completed the work and sent pictures along with the 2 year guarantee. Overall an excellent experience for something that started out so badly.
