  Better than expected

  A quick and positive response. Transparent about costs and was able to visit quickly and actually completed the job within a couple of hours of my request. A polite and efficient gentleman. Reasonable charges and helpful attitude. I would definitely recommend and also use again. Many thanks.

  I had a quick response from Jeff and explained that the problem was now determined not to be the Aeriel but I so appreciated his contact and recommend him on that basis - which is the limit I have knowledge of. Thanks.
