    Replacement aerial

    I needed a replacement aerial. I phoned 1st Aerials-R-Us on Monday, Jeff came round the next day, talked me through the options and was able to fit the new aerial there and then. I’m happy with the installation and my TV reception is even better than before.

    Repair and new fitting

    I rang, spoke briefly and arranged a callback which happened.... and arranged appointment for next day. Jeff came and viewed the broken aerial fixing ,I asked about replacing it with a smaller version if possible. We agreed a price and he was able to supply and fix straight away, covering the broken brickwork at the same time. He also retuned the TV so all left working. Very impressed.

    Aerial repair

    I contacted 1st Aerials-R-Us on Monday as the aerial at my aunt’s had suddenly become faulty. Explained that my aunt was elderly and reliant on the TV… it is her lifeline. Arranged for Jeff to go to the house the following day. He arrived on time, assessed the problem quickly and gave me a quote. The repairs were carried out promptly, tested and Jeff left my aunt happy now that her TV was working again. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and 1st Aerials-R-Us.

    Aerial fitting

    Jeff was amazing. I contacted him for a job for my mum on the Saturday and we arranged the job for the following Tuesday. He arrived on time, was friendly, helpful, knew exactly what he was doing and when mum wasn’t comfortable with what he suggested he immediately had another idea which she accepted. No call out charge and frankly I couldn’t fault him. Highly recommended.
