  Correcting Subsidence on outbuilding.

  We have an outbuilding which had subsidence issues on one corner due to an old decaying tree stump. Brian came for a site survey, engineered a solution using custom made jacks and packers. The team came and realigned the building and I am very pleased with the work done. Great communication keeping me informed of what was going on, I would not hesitate to recommend Brian if you need any building works done .

  Improved insulation and loft boarding

  This is the second time this year we've asked for help from Brian and Lloyd and were pleased we did. This time, we had our insulation improved in part of our loft and had the previous boarding raised to accommodate this. We've been impressed with the excellent communications, quality of work and the way in which work is explained. We will certainly call upon the team when we need help in the future.

  Gutter/Drain pipe repair

  Brian and his son were extremely trustworthy / reliable . They carried out the work to a high standard . They have provided solutions to resolve the damp problem as a result of the damaged guttering, so I will be using them again for further work . I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  Brian has completed flood prevention works on a listed property in Lymington for me. Before he was instructed he undertook a comprehensive survey and let me have a detailed report as to his recommendations and quote for the work. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. Brian kept me updated throughout. The site was left clean and tidy afterwoods. Highly recommended.

  We initially engaged Brian and Lloyd to remove a patio door and widen the opening to an extension which involved installing a new lintel. We then added fitting a new kitchen. They have of good team of trades people and were easy to work with. In preparation for the kitchen they found ways to minimise disruption to get services to the room. With their considerable knowledge and experience they were able to offer lots of helpful suggestions. Their great care and attention to detail has resulted in an excellent job and we will definitely be using them for future improvements to our house.
