  The two lads who came to quote were professional, polite, and seemed knowledgeable, and I was clear that the hedge needed cutting back to its original height. On the day, I wasn’t present and the work was not done as agreed. When I raised this, I received a call from someone named Roy, who was extremely rude, accusatory, and dismissive. I was shocked to be accused of not wanting to pay, despite settling the invoice within 24 hours. I found his manner patronising and insulting. Thankfully, the original two lads were onsite and ensured the job was completed properly.

  Unfortunately rapid repairz did a very poor job at fixing my washing machine. In fact they didn't fix it at all and just charged me the £50 call out fee. I subsiquently contacted Bosch directly who sent out an engineer who fixed the fault immediately. The Bosch engineer said it was a basic fault and should have been picked up quickly. Then when I contacted reapid repairz to ask them why they hadn't been able to fix my washing machine they accused me of lying about getting it fixed.
