The company arranged an appointment very quickly, which was great. The person who came to sort out my washing machine contacted me to let me know at what time he would arrive. He arrived when promised, identified the problem and was able to repair the machine very speedily at a decent cost. The technician that turned up was professional and immediately put me at ease with his knowledge. He listened to what issues we had with the dishwasher and ran some checks.
