  Window hinge replacement

  Excellent service from start to finish. From the first contact the communication was clear and professional. They identified what was wrong with the window, explained what was required and kept me fully updated on the process which was appreciated as I wasn’t on site. They sourced new hinges and completed the repair efficiently. I would use them again and would hesitate to recommend them to others.

  Great experience from start to finish. He provided advice on the available options and the work involved clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. Communication about the start time was prompt, and the work area was left clean and tidy. Everything was completed to a high standard. I would definitely recommend Adam to anyone else.

  Replacement of an old radiator

  I have used Property Response before so was happy to go to them for a quote first, it was competitive and detailed so I went ahead. They contacted my tenant to agreed a suitable time, they arrived on time, carried out high quality works and was polite and helpful and did not leave until they tested the heating for the new and existing radiators. Will use again and highly recommend.

  Boiler service

  Louis was so helpful when I phoned him with a boiler problem that I didn't hesitate to call him back and book in a service, luckily he was available the next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and I trusted his advice, he also helped me to sort out my radiators for no extra charge. I will happily book him in for future work and would recommend him to anyone I know.

  Laminate Flooring.

  I was extremely impressed from start to finish with Kerry from Flooring Design ltd, he called me to discuss the job and quote and was responsive to any further questions I had, he turned up on time and cleaned up once he had finished. I was happy to leave Kerry alone to get on with the job and when I came back I couldn’t have been happier with the result. The flooring looked incredible and was clearly fitted to a high standard. Kerry is very skilled at what he does and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
