    Boiler repair expensive

    PRG responded quickly and came to service. They found expansion tank to be leaking and they would order one. When engineer arrived took our old expansions saying and then told me had to go to collect it? I was billed for the 30 minutes he took to pick up the parts and at their prices I found this unacceptable. After a phone call they removed the 30 minutes from the Bill. Engineer very good cost expensive.

As our engineers work London-wide, parts are sourced locally for collection en route or after attending to ensure efficient repairs. However, our quotes always include a minimum and maximum estimated timeframe, along with a full breakdown of the work involved. Fortunately for you, your repair was completed at the lower end of the estimated range. 🙂

    You rescued my bathroom - thank you

    We are so grateful to Dave and Property Rescue Group. We had fallen victim to a rogue plumber who left our bathroom unfinished with a leaking WC and wash basin, a radiator that needed refitting properly to the wall and an air pressure release valve installed in a confined space. Thanks to the prompt service of Property Response Group and in particular the excellent workmanship of Dave Gabriel everything is as it should be now. Dave was determined to make sure everything was done properly. He is a credit to the company.
