My boiler was making a very loud high pitch noise .. l rang heat in London Ltd. The Engineer came on the arranged day at the arranged Time.. l found him to be friendly and very professional. I had an excellent experience with Heat in London and Louis when they replaced my radiator and serviced my boiler. They arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. Throughout the job, they maintained a tidy work environment, making sure everything was left clean and organized. The service was efficient and professional, and Louis explained everything clearly.
