  Initial impressions were positive, but a major installation error and persistent boiler issues - losing pressure since installation, amongst other things were mismanaged over time. Causing hassle and additional works, cost and effort on our part. Communication, particularly with one owner, was inconsistent, and internal company tensions were evident which affected the service we received. Rectification required repeated call-backs, with some issues still unresolved. Despite a final promise to revisit, all contact has since ceased.

  Stair Banister and Handrail

  Ant and his colleague installed a new pine stair banister and oak handrail in our Edwardian terrace which we are currently renovating. Ant was helpful throughout, communication was great which we really value and he helped to find options we were happy with. The quality of work was fantastic, we were very pleased.   Roof Repairs and Brick Cleaning

  We recently worked with Old School Builders for roof repairs, render removal, and red brick cleaning. The experience was fantastic. Jimmy and his team showed outstanding professionalism and skill. Jimmy's attention to detail, efficiency, and helpful guidance stood out. He is also a pleasure to have around. We are pleased with our roof works and our cleaned bricks now look fantastic.   Installation of herringbone engineered wood flooring and MDF skirting boards.

  Really pleased with BB Flooring. Aaron and Rick did a lovely job and were a pleasure to have around to boot. Communication with Barry always clear and everyone was reliable.   We got Alan in to do an asbestos survey on our Edwardian terrace we recently moved into and have a range of works planned. He was absolutely amazing.
