Came over to view the job (unlike others) arrived on time which was great as it’s for an 88 year old, was courteous and knew it was not a massive job but treated him like it was the biggest job in the world. Kept us informed at all times about ordering of goods, time it would take and when the goods arrived started as soon as he could.
