  New boiler

  recently had a new boiler installed by George and I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. From the initial consultation, everything was explained clearly — including the different boiler options, efficiency ratings, and what would work best for my home. The installation itself was carried out professionally and on schedule, with great attention to detail. The work area was left spotless afterwards, which I really appreciated. The new boiler is running perfectly — much quieter, more efficient, and providing consistent heating and hot water.

  Great prompt service in an emergency

  George was a life saver our combi boiler was leaking badly and I called him Thursday evening and he talked me through some basic checks to determine the problem. Came the next day (thankfully as by this time we had no heating or hot water!) confirmed the problem, ordered the part then came back late Friday to replace the part: Hot water and central heating working fully since. Despite having to take boiler apart etc you wouldn’t have known he’d been … very tidy and took away packaging.

  Gas Connection and Kitchen Plumbing

  Brilliant service just before Christmas. George connected our range cooker gas pipe and plumbed in our new sink and dishwasher with real care and professionalism. We were so pleased with the quality of the work and would happily use him again. A lovely person to have in the house, too. Thank you.

  Two toilets defective plunger/ pushes buttons, water softener needed fitting.

  George came and repaired both toilets and installed a Water Softner. Good work, very polite very professional. No issues at all would use him again. I was very happy with thr work carried out in my home.

  Blocked toilet and replacement flush valve

  Had an issue with a blocked toilet and needed a replacement flush valve. George kept me updated on attendance and confirmed his time of arrival the day before. Unfortunately the blockage seems more of an issue regarding something to do with the drainage to my property, I wasn’t charged for this which was very fair. The quality of the changing the flush valve was great, no complaints at all would recommend.
