  KPB's portfolio looked great, but the reality was shocking. Our new bathroom tiles are uneven with wide, sloppy grout lines. The kitchen cabinets aren't level, so doors don't close properly. We identified a long list of snags (paint drips, misaligned trim, a leaking waste pipe). While the foreman was friendly, getting anything actually fixed was like pulling teeth. They'd send someone for 30 minutes to do a quick patch-job, ignoring the root cause. After the "final inspection," they considered the job done and stopped returning our calls. We're left with a superficially nice-looking renovation

  A Lifesaver During a Crisis!

  Our roof started leaking badly during a huge storm, and we were panicking. I called John Price Roofing first thing in the morning, not expecting much. To my amazement, they had a team out to us by the afternoon! They placed a temporary tarp to secure the property and then scheduled the permanent repair for the following week. The whole team was professional, courteous, and cleaned up perfectly. They turned a nightmare situation into a manageable one. You can't put a price on that kind of service and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend.
