  Wrecked my garden and refused to fix it.

  They were here to replace the guttering. The team used a large ladder and, in the process, completely crushed a section of my prized flower bed and a small ornamental tree. When I pointed it out, the workers just shrugged. I contacted the office, and they said their quote doesn't cover "incidental garden damage" and that it was "unavoidable." No apology, no offer to contribute to repairs. So, now I have new guttering but a ruined garden that will cost hundreds to put right. Appalling attitude and zero care for the customer's property.

  About a year after our new roof was installed, we noticed a very small leak during a freak, sideways rainstorm. I called Assured, and they didn't hesitate. They sent someone out the next day, fixed a minor sealing issue under their warranty, and didn't charge a penny. It’s so reassuring to know they stand by their work long after the job is done.

  Transformed the exterior of our home.

  Our old wooden fascias and soffits were rotting and looked awful. Assured Roofing replaced them with modern, maintenance-free uPVC. The difference is staggering! Our house looks brand new. The installation team was meticulous, paying incredible attention to detail. The finish is perfect. We've had so many compliments from the neighbours.
