  I phoned the company to request a quote for moss removal from the roof, gave them my details and was told they would visit the following day at 12.30 and if any problems they would ring. Very annoying when nobody arrived and didn’t ring with any reason. Definitely won’t be using them.

  We had a major leak appear in our ceiling during a huge storm on a Friday night. I called John Price Roofing first thing Saturday morning, not expecting an answer. To my amazement, John himself picked up, calmly talked me through what to do immediately, and had a two-man team at our house within two hours. They placed a temporary tarp and scheduled a permanent repair for Monday. The team was incredibly professional, cleaned up every drop of water and mud, and the final fix was seamless.   Attention to Detail You Don't See Anymore.

  I didn't need a full new roof, but my gutters were failing and I had some slipped tiles. John Price Roofing was happy to take on the smaller job, which many bigger companies wouldn't. I'm so glad they did! Their attention to detail was incredible. They didn't just fix the obvious issues; they did a full inspection and pointed out a few potential future problems (with no pressure to fix them there and then). The work was done neatly, efficiently, and for a very fair price. It's refreshing to find a company that takes pride in all work, big or small.
