  Guy turned up on time, really polite and did an excellent job. Second time using this company and would recommend to anyone wanting their car cleaned, especially if you use it for transporting dogs.

  Interior car clean and wash after dog was sick

  What an excellent service Michael and his colleagues provide. I called as my dog had been sick in the car and Michael was able to get someone out the same day. The guy that came round was very professional and polite and did an excellent job. I will definitely use this company for valet services in the future.

  Tile dining room floor

  This is the 4th time we have had Universal Development carry out work for us and as always we are more than happy with the result. I would recommend Patrick and his team, they’re always polite and accommodating with completing extra bits of work. I’m sure we’ll be in touch for the next project soon.

  New tiled floor

  This is the second time we have asked Patrick to carry out some work for us. This time it was to tile the living room floor. They have done an excellent job, so good we’re now looking to have the tiles in other areas of the house. Will definitely use again for any of our other projects. It’s hard to find a reliable builder/tiler but this team is just that. Turned up on time and completed the work ahead of schedule.

  New shower and tiling

  Although I wasn’t home when the work was carried out, my partner mentioned how polite Patrick and his colleague were. I couldn’t fault the tiling and got exactly what I asked for. I would definitely use Patrick’s company again, he showed up on time, finished the work with no issues at all. Thanks again.
