10 Found and repaired water leaks into ford focus. Replaced damaged matting and cleaned whole car

Absolutely outstanding service from Cleaner Cars. They repaired serious water leaks in my Ford Focus and kept me informed the whole way through, even sending videos showing exactly what they’d found and the work being done. They replaced all the floor matting and underlay, and the car now looks and feels incredibly clean — honestly better than I expected. Communication was excellent throughout, and the pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. 10 water leak, and outside ceramic coating

so, my car developed a leak affecting rear and front footwells on the drivers side. There was a substantial amount of water. I came across Michael and his Cleaner cars company. I sent him a message and attached photos of the water damage. Michael responded very quickly and explained the importance of getting it done correctly. He gave me a quote of the cost and a 9 month warranty. Michael stripped the car and located the leak. He sent me daily videos showing exactly what he was doing. The gentleman who came to clean my car was pleasant, polite and efficient. He made a wonderful job of cleaning, especially the inside which, thanks to my water-loving dog, was quite mucky. My husband used this company a few years a go to shampoo clean a seat in his car due to a spill. I called up on 2nd Jan to enquire about a similar service and they came out today (5th Jan), 9am, to in the end do a full valet inside and out. The chap who came (unfortunately, I didn't get his name) was polite, friendly, non-judgmental, and tidy while working. It was a very cold morning and it hadn't occurred to me to defrost the car but he said it wasn't an issue.
