  The team did our kitchen for us and flooring. Absolutely amazing work from the team through out. Genuinely cannot fault the work and will use the team again in the future for any future projects

  Kitchen Counter top refurbishment.

  Universal came out to sand down and reoil our kitchen counter after we had some nasty stains on it. They did a great job and the counter looks practically brand new. They also left some oil behind so we can maintain for ourselves in the future. The guys were incredibly friendly as well. Fully recommend and would use again. Thanks!

  Fitting of new shower, shower tray and shower panels

  Fantastic service from quote to completion. Excellent work carried out in a timely manner with great looking bathroom as a result. Patrick and team are very polite, courteous and there was no problem they couldn't solve if they came up against any. A reliable company with a can do attitude. Would recommend 100% and will use again.

  New Bathroom Fitting

  Patrick, Sophie and the team could not have been better. From the first conversation right through to delivery, I was involved every step of the way and they've not only met expectations they have exceeded them (and made a huge number of people jealous at the new bathroom they have installed). They could not have been more accommodating and understanding with the ramifications that comes with doing something for the local council. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough, and if ever I need somebody to do any work for me - they will always be the first people I'll call!

  Ceramic Floor Tiling

  The job comprised taking up defective wooden floor in our hallway, taking care not to damage the existing (recently redecorated) walls and skirtings and then laying new ceramic floor tiles on cement boards and uncoupling mat to prevent future movement. The project was challenging owing to having to work around and below an expensive oak staircase in a confined space. The job commenced on time and was completed on time. The team were helpful, considerate, tidy, efficient and polite. We are delighted with the finished work and will definitely use Universal Development’s services again.
