  Getting the garden autumn ready

  I contacted CR Services re cutting back trees and shrubs in my garden ready for the autumn. They were really flexible and agreed a day and time that worked around my availability. I have used CR Services numerous times in the past. My experience has consistently been that they arrive at the agreed time, are polite and friendly and their work is of a high standard. Again, this was the case today. We discussed what needed to be done and agreed a price for the work. The work was completed as agreed and all the debris was removed. Excellent.

  The company responded quickly to the job post and arranged a site visit to provide an estimate. The cost was competitive and a convenient date for the work to be completed was agreed. The work was completed to a high standard and everything was fully explained.

  Household repairs

  I have used Silver Saints a few times in the past and always find them to be excellent. I booked for a handyman to replace a broken toilet seat and to reseal my kitchen worktop. While he was working in the kitchen he noticed a small leak behind the kitchen units, which seems to have been there for a while unnoticed. Even though this wasn’t one of the tasks I had booked for, he quickly investigated the problem. He then went to a local DIY shop to source replacement parts, and ensured that the leak was repaired before he left. He definitely went above and beyond.

  Replace fence and garden gate

  My fence and garden gate had become rotten with age. Chris from CR Services came out promptly to assess the work and provide a competitive quote. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the garden was left clean and tidy.

  Re-lay and replace floor tiles in kitchen and hallway

  The work involved relaying and replacing floor tiles in my kitchen and hallway. Quite a few of the tiles were cracked and damaged and needed replacing. Andi explained what would be required in a clear and helpful way. He was friendly and polite throughout. We agreed a date and time for the work to be carried out, which he stuck to. He even notified me that he would be a few minutes late when caught in traffic. His work was very meticulous and to a high standard. He left everywhere clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend him to others.

  There was a drop in water pressure throughout the house.

  Plumb London phoned me and arranged to call at the house within an hour of posting the job. They came an hour later and sorted the problem. They kept me updated re arrival time.

  Garden maintenance

  My garden had become overgrown and in need of quite a bit of attention, including tree and hedge pruning and advice and attention to an ailing tree, as well as a general tidy up of shrubs and plants. The CR Service team were punctual, arriving when they said that they would and were attentive and polite. They worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards taking all the garden waste away with them for disposal. They have done an excellent job and offered great value for money. I would definitely recommend them and will use their services again.

  The work was completed to a high standard. I’ve received positive feedback about it from neighbours and friends. The team were polite and hard working. They left the area in good order at the end of each day and when the work was completed they undertook a thorough clean up. The price quoted was competitive and detailed. I would recommend the company..
