  Replacing the beams, felt, guttering and flashing on my roof

  The guys were brilliant. When they came to give me a quote they explained the options fully. They then came to do the work a few days later. They arrived promptly and even though it turned out there was more damaged than initially realised they made sure I knew step by step what they were doing and why. When the work for done they made sure it was clean and tidy in the areas they had been working in. Would definitely use them for work again

  Removal of all guttering and replacement thereafter

  We had been fleeced by a rogue roofer - and Checkatrade gave us options of local companies to choose from. The response from Jack at Spratts Property Maintenance, Newark was virtually instant, and he said he'd like to restore our faith in human nature. He has certainly done that - in spades. Accompanied by two team members Jack offered a solution, obtained the components needed and installed them - all on the same day! We have a very large bungalow with a big roof, so lots of guttering required. What a transformation - it looks superb. The site was left immaculate. 10/10 Jack and team!

  I recently had a new roof installed, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and efficient.
