  Pinpoint's service doesn't come cheap but you're paying for professionals. I contacted them about a suspected leak in my kitchen and they had someone out to me the next working day to check it out. Rob was polite, professional and incredibly helpful; he diagnosed and resolved the issue swiftly, and as promised I received their report within 5 working days. They also talked me through the likely next steps I'd be taking with my insurer. Thoroughly recommend Pinpoint as a reliable company who keep their promises.

  Radiator repairs

  I posted a request to assist with a nonfunctional radiator Saturday morning; Piotr got back to me within an hour, came round the same day (at the time he said he would), and completed the job to a high standard. The issue revealed other faults which Piotr also fixed there and then, all at a very reasonable price. I can highly recommend Piotr as a courteous and professional man who does excellent work.
