  Piotr has now fully renovated 2 areas of our house. We were really pleased with his work renovating our son’s bedroom and have just had him renovate our hallway, stairs and landing. Piotr gave a clearly itemised quote for the works and started the project on the agreed date. He and his colleague Andrew are friendly and hard working. They stripped the old plaster back to brick, plaster boarded, plastered, fitted a new loft hatch and redecorated. The work is of an excellent standard. They clean up fully each day. We are thrilled with the result and will definitely use them again in the future.

  Plumbing Repairs.

  I had several pipe leaks that needed fixing. These leaks where from pipes under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Piotr from PD Property Maintenance and Renovation did a great job fixing the the leaks and replacing the tap heads. I highly recommend them.

  This company communicated well and thoroughly before the appointment to make sure they had the right parts. They came promptly at arranged time and did a good and careful repair. They worked steadily and took all the rubbish away. The repair is effective. The price was acceptable. Highly recommend.

  New bathtub silicone

  Piotrek replaced the bathtub silicone in our bathroom to prevent from leaking. We’re very happy with the work carried out and the communication, Piotrek is knowledgeable and gives great advice and expertise on renovation aspects. He also takes care not to leave any mess behind as well as pays attention to details when carrying out the work. Would definitely recommend!!

  Bathroom refurbishment

  The bathroom update was a tricky job, many unexpected problems. Peter and Andrew worked through these issues and managed to create a beautiful ensuite. Peter is skilled and particular about his work. We fully expect his work to stand the test of time. Very pleased. Comes highly recommended.
