Great experience, clear communication throughout and a professional approach to the work. The tidy up after was really good. P. D. Property Maintenance and Renovation was founded in August 2012. However, I have been trading previously, for the last 13 years, as a sole trader and in a partnership under a different name. I was also employed by a large company which is one of the main contractors for Network Rail.
As a qualified builder/plumber, I take pride in my workmanship and in my range of technical and project management skills. In the commercial sector, my experience includes work on listed buildings, in hotels, restaurants, hospitals and schools.
For other customers, I have successfully delivered professional building, plumbing and maintenance services, including:

I also co-operate with the best professionals, I have a network of construction trade specialists, including plumbers, carpenters, bricklayers, plasterers, tillers, kitchen and bathroom fitters, which means that I can carry out full house refurbishment.
