    High quality work, great communication and respectful builders

    Piotr and his team did a fantastic job on our recent living room and dining room renovation. Piotr visited the property and did a thorough inspection of the property and consultation about our plans. Jacek and Pawel carried out the work and were a real delight to have in our home - very clean and tidy and we built a great relationship with them both. The work was finished to a really high standard, including freshly skimmed walls, new doors fitted, bespoke cabinets and bifold doors to separate the two rooms. I’d recommend Piotr and team to everyone!

    Great experience, clear communication throughout and a professional approach to the work. The tidy up after was really good. Work involved changing pipes for radiator, replacing toilet, replacing sink to vanity and changing flooring to LVT, very happy with the work.

P. D. Property Maintenance and Renovation was founded in August 2012. However, I have been trading previously, for the last 13 years, as a sole trader and in a partnership under a different name. I was also employed by a large company which is one of the main contractors for Network Rail.

As a qualified builder/plumber, I take pride in my workmanship and in my range of technical and project management skills. In the commercial sector, my experience includes work on listed buildings, in hotels, restaurants, hospitals and schools.

For other customers, I have successfully delivered professional building, plumbing and maintenance services, including:
