Job location: S35Piotr and Andre did such a brilliant job on my bathroom recently with a bath and shower replacement. It wasn't easy for various reasons but Piotr kept me informed and trouble shooted every issue. Clean, polite and finished to an excellent standard. Will definitely recommend and be using them again. From beginning to end the most professional and reliable builders I’ve ever encountered. I got 6 quotes- only one from Piotr mentioned that due to the wall being weight bearing we will need calculations from a structural engineer and building notice. This did mean it costs more but it would cost you even more if you tried to get these things in 6 years time when you are trying to sell your property! Not even mentioning what it would cost if the steel beam not strong enough was fitted..100% would use them again! P. D. Property Maintenance and Renovation was founded in August 2012. However, I have been trading previously, for the last 13 years, as a sole trader and in a partnership under a different name. I was also employed by a large company which is one of the main contractors for Network Rail.
As a qualified builder/plumber, I take pride in my workmanship and in my range of technical and project management skills. In the commercial sector, my experience includes work on listed buildings, in hotels, restaurants, hospitals and schools.
For other customers, I have successfully delivered professional building, plumbing and maintenance services, including:
