Piotr installed us a new SVP and small inspection chamber. His work was of a high standard, good communication and when he knew we needed it installing ASAP he worked a Saturday to allow coordinate with other trades we had lined up. We had a full bathroom fitted, the quality of workmanship and advice of what would best suit the bathroom was excellent. Communication at all stages of the fitting was also excellent. P. D. Property Maintenance and Renovation was founded in August 2012. However, I have been trading previously, for the last 13 years, as a sole trader and in a partnership under a different name. I was also employed by a large company which is one of the main contractors for Network Rail.
As a qualified builder/plumber, I take pride in my workmanship and in my range of technical and project management skills. In the commercial sector, my experience includes work on listed buildings, in hotels, restaurants, hospitals and schools.
For other customers, I have successfully delivered professional building, plumbing and maintenance services, including:
