  Key stuck in lock

  Steve came out at short notice to remove a key stuck in the front door lock. Steve was polite, knowledgeable and explained things clearly and how the problem was resolved things. I would recommend The Lock Butler to anyone looking for a friendly and very knowledgeable locksmith.

  Leaking Toilet Cistern

  Kevin sorted out the leaking cistern quickly , explaining the problem clearly and what he was doing to fix it. I would thoroughly recommend RF Plumbing and will be the first choice for any plumbing work we need in the future.

  Fix leaking gutter

  Investigate nasty smell in downstairs cloakroom

  DCL attended to investigate a nasty smell in our downstairs cloakroom. They quickly identified that it was a mouse infestation that had entered into the wall cavity from a small hole under our patio. The entry point was identified, closed up and the mouse nest cleaned up. The problem has been solved and the smell is no more! Would thoroughly recommend DCL if you're looking to get to the root cause of a pest or vermin problem.

  New garden drainage system.

  Excellent drainage work and resolved a long standing issue with water logging in back garden. Very efficient and polite service and the work carried out to a very high standard. The guys clearly enjoy their work and it shows in the outcome. I can't recommend highly enough.
