  Steve has helped me before and this time he got my front door to lock properly. He is punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and always finds a solution. He arrives in his liveried van and uniform, proud of his expertise and ability to help his customers in their hour of need! First class service at a very reasonable price!

  Locksmith Superman!

  I've just spent a very jolly hour with Steve, otherwise known as The Lock Butler...what a lovely bloke! He came at an hour's notice in the pouring rain to try and sort out the jammed lock on the front door of my son's house. On first inspection he thought it was irreparable but somehow, with the most amazing array of tools he gained entry and managed to fix it without any damage. A huge relief to my son (who is away on holiday) and at a very very reasonable cost. I just wish there were more tradesmen around like Steve...I'd recommend him to anyone!

  Honest quality workmanship

  Steve came round about 20 minutes after contacting him. He is very personable, knowledgeable and managed to repair the locks on the front and backdoor without needing to buy expensive parts unnecessarily. I would not hesitate to use him again. Thank you Steve

  Terrific !!

  Steve was absolutely fantastic coming out at very short notice & sorting out a problematic front door lock which had jammed. It wasn't the most straightforward of jobs, but rather than just opting for the easy option of installing a brand new lock (and charging me a fortune), he spent the time & trouble getting to the cause of the problem. I also asked him to look at two other dodgy locks, which had been on my "to do" list for a long time. Again, Steve was so professional & patient sorting them out. All done at such a reasonable price. I can't recommend him highly enough !!
