10 Fixing a sticky door latch.

Steve is great. Comms were excellent and he was bang on time. There were a number of options available and Steve talked through them, eventually settling in an option which was both appropriate and cost effective. Cannot recommend highly enough. Professional to the core. Also, and let’s not forget this is important, Steve is a great bloke. Steve responded promptly when we had an issue with our patio door. He efficiently diagnosed the problem and took remedial action to resolve the issue, which was with the door structure rather than the lock. Steve was polite and friendly, helpful and respectful of our property whilst working. I wouldn't hesitate to call Steve again if I needed a locksmith and would thoroughly recommend him. 10 Key stuck in lock

Steve came out at short notice to remove a key stuck in the front door lock. Steve was polite, knowledgeable and explained things clearly and how the problem was resolved things.
