  After Builders Deep Clean

  Employed Liliana and her team to do a deep clean of the house after months of very dusty building work. Unsurprisingly, it took several hours work, but was at the level of cost I was expecting. Their work, however, was sparkling and far exceeded the standard I've seen from other cleaners before and a much higher standard than I could ever do alone. They moved items and got into every nook and cranny and cleaned everywhere in the house. I am very happy to recommend Change Cleaning Services and will be engaging them to undertake my regular cleaning from now on.

  Truly the best tradesperson I've encountered

  Kieran is, quite simply, amazing. He is all of the things you need: professional, clean, tidy, great timekeeping, fair priced, good communication, and with super high-quality workmanship in all aspects of the refit of our bathroom. But it is his understanding, consideration and attention to detail that make him really stand out. He solved many small issues; he came up with useful suggestions and even scheduled the work so we'd have the least disruption. We're really enjoying our new bathroom, everything in it is just right. Really grateful and really need to give more than 10/10.

  Repair to guttering on 3 story town house

  Lee and his colleague attended on a Sunday morning, in not great weather, to do the repair to our guttering at the top of our three-story town house (with difficult access), which already earns them far more than the standard 10 out of 10. Personable, professional and reliable, we will be using LM Roofing again and are more than happy to recommend.

  Replace current lock and handle to composite front door.

  Excellent work, have resolved a problem we had with a door / lock that was inaccessible to older person with arthritis. Went to extra mile to work out a bespoke solution - a rare, but much appreciated skill these days. Clean, tidy, courteous, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend and am keeping in my contacts for any future work or emergencies.

  Laminate flooring

  This the second house we have had Harry install laminate flooring for us. His work and the product supplied are superb quality. He is helpful, clean, tidy, methodical and professional and listens and understands any requirements and gives good, honest advice. We are now getting him to quote for further work.
