10 Replace loft hatch and add insulation

Harry and Josh were polite and quiet. They just got on with the job and kept me informed throughout. They were conscious of keeping my carpets clean and they tidied up before they left . Our experience from start to finish was absolutely excellent. Harry was able to come out to offer a quote very quickly. He was knowledgeable and able to advise on the best way to proceed. He was able to provide clear, itemised and very reasonably-priced quote showing the different options and costs associated. Communication was quick and easy with our questions answered professionally. Harry and Connor were very polite, punctual and really helpful. The finished product looks very tidy and works well. Job location: PO12Amazing bunch of lads, 2 then 3 of them worked like trojans to remove the decades old crumbled insulation and bodged old loft boarding; Within the space of 5 hours, they completed the job, tidied up and off sited themselves. A cheerful, polite and customer focused team of lads, thank you. I will do a Google review also once you send me an invoice/link. Thanks again 👍 - AAlan L
