10 Door realignment and fix poor locking

I had a uPVC door that was not locking securely, but after contacting Owen on late on a Friday evening around 9pm and i got a quick reply that evening , for a next day service. Owen was prompt and on time which in it self goes a long way, and diagnosed the issue with the door in a blink of an eye. The door needed realigning and the locking metal work on the door frame side moving and adjusting, as the door frame had moved due to the colder temperatures. 10 Brilliant service - reliable, efficient and friendly

We've been having problems locking our door for a while, with it finally becoming impossible to turn the key. The locksmith (I don't think it was Owen himself) arrived at our agreed time, diagnosed the issue and fixed it in about 15 minutes. I was expecting worse case scenario and he realigned the door and sorted the problem with minimal fuss and only charged the minimum fee so I was delighted. Honestly could not recommend or thank Owen enough, less than 12 hours from first WhatsApp enquiry we are fully safe secure and have a better lock than before and all on a Sunday too!!
