  Immediate online response to my enquiry and quickly arranged a convenient time to look at my broken washing machine. During the visit Tom clearly explained the options for repair or replacement and followed this up with an explanation in writing.

  Replaced old front door lock.

  Kevin was friendly and professional and provided very helpful advice about my options including the possibility of a repair. He clearly explained what the job would entail and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He also tightened the door hinge and applied some filler for no extra cost. I would highly recommend Kevin.

  Excellent. James was courteous and polite and immediately identified and fixed our initial problem. He then went on to tidy up an outstanding issue with a now defunct shower fitting. Highly recommended
